Description
En boulangerie, les fours denommés "fours à chariot" comportent une chambre de cuisson dans laquelle il faut introduire le chariot contenant les pâtons å cuire. In bakeries, ovens called "rack ovens" include a baking chamber into which the rack containing the dough to be baked must be inserted.
