Abstract

In order to reduce to the bare minimum the space determined by the fixing of a corrugated sheathing pipe 2 onto the drain plughole 1 placed below the washbasin 4, the end of the said pipe is fitted with two O-ring seals 20 and is axially forced into the pipework 11 of the plughole. The pipe is retained axially by means of a removable bolt which comprises a tooth 31 which passes through an opening 14 in the pipework 11 in order to be inserted into one of the troughs of the corrugated sheathing pipe 2.
