Abstract

Device for facilitating and rendering less tiring a trip on water which is longer and more lasting in time. The invention relates to a permanent or temporary device for the required purpose, composed of a supplementary sail rigged in a certain manner to the mast of a sailboard, to the extent that it is possible to remove this device for a normal trip of the sailboard. It consists of a second, smaller sail which is fixed at the two ends 1 and 5 in an extensible manner so as to allow tacking. This is by virtue of the rubber cable 4 placed at the sail head and of the fixed point on the front reinforcing angle 13 held by a shackle 2 fixed to the towing ring 1 of the sailboard. Fixed to the third internal angle is a sheet which, via a pulley system 8 placed at the foot of the mast, joins the handle of the wishbone 9 and is fixed or not at will to a wedging cleat 10 placed on the arm of the wishbone. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to provide ease for the sailboarder who wishes to cover a long distance of indeterminate duration, by reducing his fatigue.

Description

Voile @ upplémenteire Created on the front of a Windsurfing board
The present invention relates to a device allowing a snowboarder to move on the water more easily.

This additional sail reduces the expenditure of energy and gives it a more durable and less tiring navigation.

@raditionally a snowboarder only works with one sail.

avec cette invention, les forces sont réparties sur le mat du fait des deuux voiles.with this invention, the forces are distributed over the mast due to the two sails.

out comme un dériveur, on monte un supplément de voile type r@@ à l'avant de la plance. out like a dinghy, we mount an additional r @@ type sail at the front of the boat.

Of variable dimensions, depending on the usefulness of the board depending on the go, it is adjustable with a sheet @ laced at the inner edge of the sail. A rope or rope is sewn in the hem of the border and tack to be torminated at the lower edge by a shackle that can be fixed on the point of notching the board; to the upper part, another shackle is added to fix the bungee cord. The latter being fixed itself to the mast head to the reinforcement of the mainsail head. Cesysthème pormot an easy tack.

Listening to this small sail is passed through a simple pulley at the foot of the mast then in the handle of the wishbone to end either free and controlled at will by the rider, or blocked with a cleat cleat; which would allow the rider to be free to move to work more easily on the harness.

With this system, it is obvious that the rider can work easily for a longer distance and a more impertinent duration.

This sail can be of the same motière as any current sail: nylon, dacron etc ...
