La présente invention est relative à un procédé de soudure d'au moins un fil d'aluminium sur une pièce en cuivre en vue de la realisa- tion d'un collecteur de machine électrique tournante dont le bobinage du rotor est effectué au moyen de fils d'aluminium. Bien entenduscette application n'est pas limitative du procédé suivant l'invention qui peut etre utilisé pour tout autre fabrication. Pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé, on utilise comme illustré en fig. 1 et 2 une gaine allongée 4 réalisée en cuivre et dans laquelle on loge les deux fils 1 dénudés ou non. Cette gaine peut ne pas comporter de fond 4a de manière à former un simple manchon. Après la mise en place des deux fils dans la gaine 4, on place un ruban de brasure 5 sur la face extérieure 2a de la lame 2 considérée qui se trouve orientée de manière que ladite face soit en gros horizontale.
