Abstract

The subject of the invention relates to a movable and flexible containment device for composting biodegradable waste of all types. It consists of flexible-walled bags permeable to air and water but sealed to the products, allowing, by their deformability, the mixing of the contents by means of rolling them. It is intended to allow aerobic fermentations from organic constituents in order to obtain soil enhancers and manure from small volumes and in all places.

L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de capacité souple et mobile pour le compostage des déchets biodégradables de toutes sortes. The object of the invention relates to a flexible and mobile capacity device for the composting of biodegradable waste of all kinds.

Il est destiné à permettre à partir de constituant organiques, des fermentations aérobies à fin d'obtention de fumures et amendements de sol à partir de volumes réduits et en tous lieux. Jusqu ' à ce jour on a réalisé le compostage de ces matières, soit en vrac sur des aires de surfaces plus ou moins importantes qui sont ainsi immobilisées pendant des périodes de très longue durée. Ces amas doivent être souvent remués et retournés et quelles que soient les méthodes utilisées, les rendements sont médiocres, avec résultats finals peu homogènes; de plus ces aires de traitement sont toujours inesthétiques et polluent les environnements. On a également utilisé des silos à parois rigides ou souples, mais ces surfaces de traitements statiques présentent les mêmes inconvénients pratiques. 10 Device of flexible, mobile, deformable capacity and without reinforcement or coating, for the composting of biodegradable waste of all kinds intended to allow in reduced volumes an accelerated aerobic fermentation through non-watertight but resistant walls, facilitating their displacement: ent by rolling with a kneading effect, as well as the circulation of air and the impregnation of water while putting out of sight and pollution of the waste during treatment, characterized by the new application of bags with walls preferably made of fabric synthetic or permeable synthetic resin forming mobile fermentation chambers.

20 Bag device forming fermentation chambers and mobile storage capacity which can preferably be moved without a handling device, characterized in that their capacity is approximately 1/2 cubic meter but may be of lesser or greater capacity so that the sufficient fermentation mass to obtain accelerated composting through the wall without lining, coating or reinforcement.

30 Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the closed bag forms a capacity which is impermeable to the product and permeable to air and water, is of a shape which facilitates its rolling on the ground causing kneading.
