Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de manuténtion de-produits à calibrer ( ex : fruits , légumes,huitres tc
Plus précisément il s'agit d'un dispositif qui 'adaptera aux calibreuses de toute sorte afin d'assurer le transport du produit à calibrer sur une balance mécanique ou électronique , afin d'y être pesé , puis déchargé si le poids du produit correspond à l'exigence du calibre
On connait des dispositifs pour réaliser ce genre d'opération , mais d'une manière générale ils engendrent des erreurs très sensibles lors du pesage car en fait ce n'est pas le poids qui est mesuré directement mais le moment qui varie selon la position du produit à peser
La présente invention entend remédier à ce problème en proposant un dispositif qui permet la mesure directe du poids
Afin de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement et I'int8r8t de cette invention il sera fait reférence au dessin annexé sur lequel figure une vue de face de dessus et de gauche
Le dispositif est donc composé d'une coupelle 1 de forme diverse suivant le produit calibré , qui sert au transport et au maintien du produit jusqu'à ce qu'il soit pesé et évacué , cette coupelle est montée sur un support 4 en forme de U par l'intermédiaire de deux axes 2 qui sont solidaire de ha coupelle mais qui sont libre en rotation dans le support
Sur le support 4 vient dgalement se fixer le doigt 3 qui assure le maintien en position horiontale du supportjusquth ce qu'il passe sur une balance qui accusera ou n'accusera pas suivant le poids du produit
L'axe 6 sert à l'entraInement de l'ensemble et est fixé en.rotation Sur cet axe vient se fixer le doigt 5 qui lors de l'éjection , après pesage permet à la coupelle lors de son basculement de se- décharger de son contenu
Le principal avantage de cette coupelle est que le produit peut être posé d'une façon quelconque car la ligne d'action engendrée par le poids du prcduit ne varie pas et passe toujours par l'axe de la coupelle quelle que soit la position du produit à peser
Cette -invention permet une grande précision lors du pesage et trouve son application sur de nombreuses machines de calibrage pondérale

The present invention intends to remedy this problem by proposing a device which allows direct measurement of the weight.
In order to better understand the operation and the purpose of this invention, reference will be made to the appended drawing in which there is a front view from above and from the left.
The device is therefore composed of a cup 1 of various shape depending on the calibrated product, which is used for transporting and maintaining the product until it is weighed and discharged, this cup is mounted on a support 4 in the form of U by means of two axes 2 which are integral with the cup but which are free to rotate in the support
On the support 4 also comes to attach the finger 3 which ensures the maintenance in the horizontal position of the support until it passes on a scale which will accuse or not accuse depending on the weight of the product
The axis 6 is used for driving the assembly and is fixed in. Rotation On this axis is fixed the finger 5 which during ejection, after weighing allows the cup during its tilting to discharge from its content
The main advantage of this cup is that the product can be placed in any way because the line of action generated by the weight of the product does not vary and always passes through the axis of the cup regardless of the position of the product to weigh
This -invention allows great precision during weighing and finds its application on many weight calibration machines.
