Abstract

Device for the separation and weighing of products one by one. The invention relates to a device whereby it is possible to separate products such as oysters, pieces of fruit (pineapples, coconuts) etc., in order to bring them one by one to a weighing tray. The product is deposited in bulk on an inclined table 14 and is led away slowly by a first belt 38 and afterwards by a second belt 38bis which turns faster than the previous one in order to increase the gap between two product units. The number of belts 38 may be increased according to the product being processed and therefore to the space to be created. At the end of the path, the individual product items fall into one and only one of the chutes 12 of the turntable 1, and then into a pan 6 or onto the platform of some different weighing system. The pan will be tipped up by abutting members adjusted to different heights beneath the turntable 1.
