La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour l'assemblage d'une électro-vanne a commande par électro aimant, du type comportant un boitier principal muni d'une entrée de fluide et d'au moins une sortie de fluide, ladite électro-vanne comportant un obturateur commandé par un noyau mobile en translation dans un guide cylindrique, ledit guide cylindrique comportant a l'une de ses extrémités un évasement venu de matiere avec le guide et determinant avec le corps une chambre d'ecoule- ment de fluide pouvant être obturée sous l'action dudit obturateur commande par le noyau qui est commandé par voie électromagnétique par un electro-aimant disposé autour dudit guide cylindrique.
