Method for anchoring an insert (7, 8, 12) for assembly or fixing in a room (1) entering in particular into the constituent of a piece of furniture, characterized in that one realizes in said part a blind orifice (3) comprising a first part 3a and an end recess 3b of which at least one dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the orifice is greater than that taken in the same direction of the first part 3a so that 'in section through at least one longitudinal plane, the orifice has a T-shaped section and in that an insert (7, 8, 10, 12) is placed in this orifice, the external shape of which is provided with an attachment part (7a, 10, 13) extending at least partially in the above-mentioned recess 3b. 2 -
