Abstract
Description
La ressente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de lier entre eux deux volumes matérialisés par tout éliment solide et notamment les métaux, les plastiques, le bois et les matériaux composites. Les volumes ainsi rendus solidaires peuvent être représentés par des barres, des tubes, de toutes formes de section, ou tout autre profilé. Le dispositif est constitue d'un corps de bride comprenant deux par ties destinées à recevoir chacune l'un des éléments à assembler (a-fig I) et de deux clavettes (b-fig I). Le dispositif prevoit que les deux parties de la bride sont solidaires,fixes
ou non fixes entre elles.Le dispositif de blocage selon l'invention consiste a remplacer la rampe hElicoidale de serrage (boulons ou vis) par une rampe droite que nous appelons ici clavette (b fig I) qui verra ses glissières (cfigI) se loger dans les.glissières de la bride (d fig I) sous un effet de choc (maillet, marteau) en quelques secondes. Cette clavette dont les deux parties distinctes (c fig I) formant rampe sont situées sur le ême plan.Elles peuvent se trouver portées par une surface non plane qui dépend de la forme de la clavette, laquelle est destinée a rapprocher et a maintenir rapprochées les deux parties de la bride pour obtenir le serrage de celle-ci sur la pièce qu'elle est chargée de maintenir (fig 3c et 3f) cela implique naturellement une élas tiçite du métal de la bride ou qu'elle soit constitué de deux parties réunies par une articulation.Deux variantes d'u- tilisation de la clavette de serrage se .présentent : 1 la clavette recouvre un secteur de la section du volume enveleppé inferieur a I800 (fig 2a) ce qui implique l'impossibilité de mise en place latérale de profilés de grandes longueurs, ceux-ci devant être glissés par leurs extrémités a l'intéri- eur de la partie de la bride destinée a les recevoir, a moins que la dite bride ne possède une articulatiOn. 20- la clavette recouvre un secteur de la section du profilé égal ou supérieur a I800 ce qui permet la mise en place latérale
