Abstract

Device interacting with a headlight 1 comprising a reflector 2 equipped with lugs 5 carrying members 6 for axial and angular locking, by the intermediary of the heads 10a of levelling-screws 10, the heads 11a coming respectively into engagement, by a gyratory force exerted on the headlight 1 into an opening 6a of the members 6, a cylindrical portion 10b of the levelling-screws 10 sliding in a slot 6b of the members 6, device characterised in that a stirrup 11, comprising a slot 11a engaging in the cylindrical portion 10b of a levelling screw 10, is wedged in between a base 10c, provided on the levelling-screw 10, and the internal face 5a of a lug 5, the length L of the stirrup 11 corresponding to the internal length L' of the lug 5 which prevents any angular movement of the headlight and consequently theft.

Description

DISPOSITIF ANTIVOL DE PROJECTEUR DE VEHICULES AUTOMOBILES
L'invention concerne un dispositif antivol de projecteur de vehicules automobiles, dispositif coopérant avec un projecteur monté sur une platine fixée sur la carrosserie du véhicule, pro jecteur comportant un réflecteur muni de pattes portant des orga nes de fixation par verrouillage, axial et angulaire1 du projecteur, par l'intermédiaire des tetes de vis calantes dont est munie la platine, les têtes venant s'engager respectivement, par effort giratoire exercé sur le projecteur, dans un évidemment de chaque organe de verrouillage, une partie cylindrique des vis calantes coulissant dans une fente des organes de verrouillage
Ce mode de verrouillage axial et angulaire, par effort giratoire exercé sur le projecteur est connu, notamment par le brevet fron- çais 1 434 318
Bien que résistant aux nombreux cahots et vibrations auxquels sont soumis les véhicules automobiles, ce mode de verrouillage présente néanmoins l'inconvénient d9etre démontable depuis l'ex= térieur du véhicule, ce qui conduit a' des vols fréquents des pro jecteurs, ainsi fixés, et également à des vols duautres accessoires tels que batterie, démarreur, alternateur, carburateur, etc logés dans le compartiment du moteur du véhicule, compartiment fermé par un capot dont parfois le système de commande duo vers ture est accessible après démontage du projecteur
L'invention a pour but de remèdier à cet;incanvénient et concerne a cet effet, un dispositif antivol de projecteur de véhicules automobiles, dispositif coopérant avec un projecteur monté sur une platine fixée sur la carrosserie du véhicule, projecteur comportant un réflecteur muni de pattes portant des organes de verg rouillage, axial et angulaire, du projecteur, par l'interinédiaire des têtes de vis calantes dont est munie la platine, les tettes venant -s1engager respectivement, par effort giratoire exercé sur le projecteur, dans un évidemment de chaque organe de verrouillage une partie cylindrique des vis calantes coulissant dans une fente des organes de verrouillage, dispositif antivol caractérisé en ce qu'un étrier comportant une fente, s'engageant dans la partie cylindrique d'une des vis calantes, est intercalé entre une embase prévue sur les vis calantes et la face interne d'une patte du réflecteur, la longueur L de l'étrier correspondant à la longueur interne L' de la patte sur laquelle l'étrier est positionné.MOTOR VEHICLE PROJECTOR ANTI-THEFT DEVICE
