Abstract

THE INVENTION RELATES TO HELIOGRAPHIC PAPER OF WHICH ONE SIDE IS GLUED BY A THERMOADHESIVE SUBSTANCE FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE PAPER ON A SUPPORT BY HEATING. THE HELIOGRAPHIC PAPER 1 ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION IS PROVIDED OVER THE ENTIRE EXTENT OF ITS UNSENSITIZED FACE, WITH DISCONTINUOUS OR CONTINUOUS PORTIONS ON WHICH A THERMOADHESIVE SUBSTANCE IS APPLIED. THESE PORTIONS SHALL CONSIST OF POINTS 3 OR SMALL ROUND ZONES, SUITABLE SPACES AND PREFERABLY HAVE A REGULAR AND SYMMETRICAL LAYOUT. THIS TYPE OF HELIOGRAPHIC PAPER IS PARTICULARLY USED IN INDUSTRIAL CLOTHING MANUFACTURING.

HELIOGRAPHIC PAPER HAVING A THERMOADHESIVE SUBSTANCE ON SA

FACE NOT SENSITIZED -

  The present invention relates to a heliographic paper provided with a

  thermoadhesive substance on its non-sensitized surface.

  As is known, the manufacture of clothing comprises a cutting step of the "mattress" consisting of several pieces of fabric superimposed in a certain order, for the formation of the different parts of the

model, which will then be sewn.

  Currently the cutting step is performed by first pasting on the upper part of the mattress a paper pattern comprising the

  profiles of silhouettes that one wishes to reproduce.

  Usually the pattern mentioned above, is prepared by means of a photoreproduction process by arranging the profiles of the pieces in contact with a heliographic paper) and illuminating in a manner

  In order to promote the gluing of the boss to the first layer

  of the mattress, the paper is usually provided on its non-sen-

  sibilized with a continuous film of thermoadhesive material.

the development time.

  Thus, the object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks mentioned above by producing a heliographic paper which, even if it can be heat sealed, can also be developed in a time substantially equal to the development time of a paper traditional heliographic.
