Abstract

This device permits the rapid hanging of curtains and provides for very easy and uniform gathering. A first element, which may consist of a continuous cord made from an elastic material 1, is inserted into a hem 8 formed at the upper part of the curtain 7. Then, a second element, composed of small tubes 4 slotted over their length at 5, is positioned, the small tubes being slid over the first element 1 held in the hem 8. Each tube 4 is surmounted by a head 6 provided in order to be inserted into a conventional-type slide rod.

Suspension device for curtains and sheers according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the second element is composed of small separate tubes (4), each of which has a longitudinal slot (5) and is surmounted by 'a head (6), the internal dimensions of said tubes (4) being slightly greater than the external dimension of the first element (1).
