Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for projecting documents of various formats, such as those which are painted, printed or photographed onto transparent plates, of the type consisting of a light box containing a parabolic mirror upstream of which a lamp is fixed, it being possible for the document to be projected to be positioned in a window support located between the aforementioned box and the objective lens. The apparatus characterised in that the window support 7 consists of a fixed board provided with a display opening 15 coinciding with the optical axis A of the apparatus, in front of which opening the document 10 to be projected is positioned, image-support members 8 respectively bearing on the lower and upper horizontal edges of the document to be projected being slideably mounted (in a vertical plane), with respect to the fixed board 7, at least one of these two support members being associated with adjustment means 11, 12, 13 in order to be locked in any relative position with respect to the said board. This apparatus can be used for the projection of printed, painted or photographed frescoes onto glass plates of various formats.
