Abstract

The invention concerns a strategy game box allowing two facing players each to have a chequered board which is identical to the other one, each chequered board being masked from the view of the rival player by a vertical screen pivoting about its base. This screen allows one or other of the players to become aware of the opponents game without revealing his own, depending on the rules of the game. The game pieces are constituted from elements which assemble together in order to constitute forces of various capacities which can increase during the game through a hive of activity or which can reduce due to a direct hit by the opponent.

Description

 The present invention relates to a game box allowing two players opposite, and playing a strategy game, to each have a checkerboard identical to the other, each checkerboard being hidden from the view of the opposing player by a tilting vertical screen.

The present invention allows one (or the other) player to learn about the opponent's game, according to the rules of said strategy game which govern it, without the opponent being able to simultaneously learn about the game of the other (or Mon)
The present invention consists of two checkers hinged relative to each other and a screen itself hinged relative to the two checkers, thus making it possible to form a closed box which, when opened, leads to the automatic deployment of the screen in a vertical plane orthogonal to the parallel plane of the two checkers
The arrangement of the screen is such that by tilting around its lower side it reveals one of the checkers in front of the opponent and vice versa with a return to its vertical position thanks to a restoring force introduced into the system.

 On the checkerboards, marked on the ordinate and abscissa by letters and numbers, are drawn land and sea territories representing two countries of which the two adversaries can respectively take possession at the start of the game.

 The pieces that players will deploy on the checkerboard are the size of the checkerboard dimensions They are made up of elements such as ship hulls, tanks, turrets, which, assembled together, constitute boats with one, two or three turrets and freighters loaded with tanks. The assembly of these elements allows during the game, to figure the shots at the goal of the opponent, gradually reducing the number of elements constituting the pieces.

 The number of elements, in two different colors, allows each player to put his own pieces (one color) and his opponent's pieces (in the other color) on his own checkerboard in the positions where he think I know they are, according to the rules established in this strategy game.

 Each player owns his checkerboard and on his territory a piece called "factory" which is one of the objectives of the strategy. It also appears on his checkerboard and on the opposing territory the opposing factory which he will have discovered during the course of the game which foresees after each blow, a glance on the opposing territory.

 The description below is one of the embodiments of the invention.

 Figure I is a schematic perspective view of a game box.

 Figures 2 to 7 schematically illustrate parts of the game. The ~ bo, lte ~ d $ ~ game game is constituted by (see fiv. 1); ~ - A box (a) comprising a checkerboard dimension on the ordinate and abscissa by letters and numbers, on which is drawn the contours of opposing territories (sea and land).

 The two boxes (a) and (b) are articulated in (c) so that they can be closed one over the other.

 A screen (d) articulated at (e) on one of the boxes so that when the two boxes are folded, it enters one of them.

 The screen (d) is held vertically by two elastic connections (f / g) which allow the tilting of the latter on both sides with return to the initial position.

 The parts are made up of ship hulls (h) with dimensions of the order of that of the checkerboard boxes and can be fitted with one, two or three turrets (i) or tanks (j). A factory (k) simulates the production unit of new parts.

Claims (5)

Game box made up of two identical checkers opposite, characterized in that said checkers are separated by a tilting vertical screen (d), allowing one or the other player to watch the opposing game without unmasking his own game.  2. Game box according to claim 1 characterized in that the two checkers are identical by simple translation.  3. Game box according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the screen is held by tensioners.  4. Pieces of the game characterized in that they are made up of elements joining together to constitute forces of various capacities and to decrease these by withdrawal of certain elements during a hit to the goal by the opponent or during landing of parts.  5. Set of two checkers and a folding screen articulated so as to allow the folding of the assembly in the form of a box and the automatic deployment of the folding screen when it is opened.
