Abstract

The invention relates to watch-making and jewellery and, more particularly, to the production of a watch which can receive a removable bracelet incorporated into a support and case assembly which can be dismantled. It comprises a round or shaped case 2 which slides in a support 3 consisting of a ring which is hollowed out and machined on its upper part so as to form flanges which grip a bracelet, formed of two straps 4 which laterally pass through the case/support assembly, while leaving said bracelet visible. The result permits easy changes and numerous decorative variations of the bracelet and of the support on one and the same basic case.

Description

 The present invention generally relates to watchmaking and jewelry, and more particularly the production of a wrist watch making it possible to receive an integrated and interchangeable bracelet.

This embodiment is distinguished from previous embodiments by the fact that it uses a lateral attachment of a bracelet, consisting of two continuous fasteners, easily interchangeable by dismantling an assembly consisting of a support and a movement-carrying case. by the use of quartz movements that do not require permanent accessibility to a winding stem for their operation, the time change operation being carried out exceptionally, either by push-button or by a crown stem
This watch comprises a case and a support allowing the lateral adaptation of a bracelet made up of two flexible or semi-ridid fasteners which ensure the maintenance of the assembly, and possibly means of adaptation of the support to the case.

 The support consists of a round ring or of a shape hollowed out so as to allow the passage of the fasteners and countersunk in its upper part to reveal the flanges which ensure the maitien and the decorative role of the bracelet on the periphery of the watch.

 This support allows to receive a bracelet made up of two fasteners which can be designed in all flexible or semi-rigid materials (leather or plastic rods, chains, cables,. ,,,) of diameter or dimensions compatible with the height of the watch .These fasteners are brought together at the outlet of the support by rings and snap into an adjustable clasp.

 The round or shaped case slides in this support, trapping the bracelet and making it possible to form an internal bracelet box assembly. The elements are maintained and positioned by simple tension, or by any other support or fixing system. .The movement functions are accessed at twelve o'clock or six o'clock or at any other position depending on the characteristics of the latter.

 The main result that the present invention aims to provide is the production of a watch, which allows an original positioning of the bracelet which facilitates the change by detaching the case and its support, it also allows numerous decorative variations of the bracelet and the support on the same basic box.

Secondarily, it is possible to retain the same advantages of the lateral passage of the fasteners by making a support unit that is integral and cannot be dismantled if fasteners are used whose flexibility allows passage under the flanges resulting from the work on the support ring. possibly being achieved by injection techniques.

 The attached drawing board represents the various constituent elements of the watch (Figure I).
