Abstract

The band is formed from two strap parts (belts) (1, 2) carrying a plurality of holes (6) along their central line. A buckle (4) carrying a button (5) intended to be inserted into the holes can be moved over the inner strap part (2) of the band so as to be positioned opposite the watch. In the closed state of the band, the button (5) passes through the two strap parts (1, 2) via the holes in the latter and holds these strap parts assembled together. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un bracelet de montre réglable selon la dimension du poignet. La figure 1 montre le bracelet comprenant un brin extérieur 1 et un brin intérieur 2 monté à la montre 3. A l'opposé de celle-ci, à l'endroit de la superposition des brins, se trouve une boucle 4 avec un bouton 5. Les brins 1 et 2 comportent des séries de trous 6 sur leur ligne médiane. La figure 2 montre que le bouton 5, engagé dans les trous 6, traverse les deux brins du bracelet afin de les assembler l'un à l'autre. Il est visible que la boucle peut être déplacée facilement sur le brin intérieur 2 du bracelet. Grace à cette possibilité de déplacement de la boucle, celle-ci peut toujours être positionnée à l'opposé de la montre. Ensuite, pour fermer le bracelet, le brin extérieur 1 est engagé dans la boucle comme indiqué en figure 2 et il est fixé au bouton 5 par un de ses trous 6. La figure 3 montre que le bouton 5 comporte deux saignées 7 prévues respectivement pour retenir les brins intérieur et extérieur du bracelet sur ce bouton. Lorsque le brin extérieur 1 est engagé dans la boucle comme indiqué en figure 2, il suffit de le pincer entre deux doigts et de l'introduire dans le dégagement 8 prévu sous chacune des deux proéminences 9 de la boucle comme indiqué en figure 3. The latter prevent the outer strand 1 from untimely detaching from the buckle and keep the bracelet firmly in place on the wearer's wrist.

Claims

1. Watch strap with two strands adjustable according to the wrist of the wearer, characterized in that it comprises means (4) for assembling the strands (1,2) which, in the closed state of the strap, are located on the 'opposite of the watch (3) on the wrist of the wearer.

Bracelet according to claim 1, characterized in that said means are a loop (4) provided with a button (5) and in that said strands (1,2) comprise a plurality of holes (6) on their line median said holes allowing the movement of the buckle along the inner strand (2) of the bracelet in order to position the buckle opposite the watch, and in that the button (5) crosses the two strands (1,2) in the holes (6) thereof to assemble them to each other.

3. Bracelet according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the loop (4) has two protrusions (9) delimiting between them and at their lower part a clearance (8) holding the outer strand (1) firmly in place in the closed state of the bracelet.

4. Bracelet according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the button (5) has two grooves (7) to hold in place the strands of the bracelet in the closed state thereof.
