Abstract

The new incinerator has the advantage of being able to burn urban sludge using household rubbish, whilst at the same time producing hot water. Combustion is greatly facilitated by its system of cylinder-shaped tubular grids. Furthermore, since the system for injecting the sludge requires no mechanism, it allows industrial sludge to be eliminated by mixing it with the urban sludge before injection into the chamber. The size of this incinerator can vary from 500 to 10,000 residents, and its cost therefore makes it viable for small towns.
