The present invention relates to a planetary eccentric reducer comprising at least two gears driven in a circular movement meshing with an internal gear ring which is integral with the output shaft.
La roue dentée 23 est reliée à l'excentrique double 17 par la clavette 24 et la roue dentée 25 est reliée-a l'excentrique double 20 par la clavette 26.This reducer uses the known principle having for circular gears at least two eccentrics for each gear, identical eccentrics whose axes of rotation are spaced at equal intervals between the axes of rotation of the eccentrics and the axis of rotation of the output shaft, the axes of these eccentrics are parallel to the output shaft, this principle is known in particular from French patent 2214841. With reducers using the above principle, 1 torque of the low speed stage, therefore a significant torque, is transmitted to the gearbox casing by the eccentrics, this causes very large loads on the eccentric bearings, loads which are increased by bending moments when the eccentric bearings are located in the walls of the housing as indicated in the patent French 2214841. The object of the present invention is to suppress for the eccentric bearings all overloads due to bending moments on the s eccentrics, this by reducing to a negligible value the bending moments on the eccentrics. For this purpose the casing wall which takes up the forces coming from the eccentrics serves as support for trees embedded in this wall, these trees penetrate inside of the. receiving gear ring and serve as support for the eccentric bearings. The eccentric bearings being placed in the axes of the efforts and the support bracket being embedded in the casings the bending moments are no longer transmitted by rotating parts but by static parts, which is the aim sought. Each eccentric is a double offset eccentric offset by 180, each receiving, in a known manner, a gear with circular motion. Each multiple eccentric is provided with at least one toothed ring itself driven by the pinion gear coaxial with the 'output shaft, the same drive pinion driving the different multiple eccentrics. Fig.l and 2 show by way of non-limiting indication a planetary eccentric reducer according to the invention. Fig.l is a section through the plane common to the axes of these rotation of the two multiple eccentrics and to the axes of rotation of the input shaft and the output hub, it is, for example dB, a hollow shaft gearbox having a hub and not an output shaft. In order to simplify the caps, seals, spacers and axial stops of the different elements are not shown in this figure. Fig. 2 is a half side view of a circular motion gear. 1 is the part of the casing, of which 2 is the other part, on which the shafts 11 and 12 are embedded in the sockets 9 and 10; the reaction arm 3 is fixed on the part 2 of the casing, part 2 which is centered on the outlet hub 4 by the bearings 5 & 6. The hub 4 has a flange 7 on which the inner gear ring 8 is fixed. The sockets 9 & 10 are solidly ribbed with respect to each other and with respect to the casing 1. The shaft 11 supports the bearings 13 & 14 and the shaft 12 supports the bearings 15 & 6.The bearings 13 & 14 are centered in the double eccentric 17 of which 18 is one of the eccentrics and 19 is the aura the eccentrics 18 & 19 are opposite to 1800 relative to each other and have the same eccentricity. The bearings 15 & 16 are centered in the double eccentric 20 of which 21 is one of the eccentrics and 22 is the other, they are also opposite to l80 and have rigorously the same eccentricity as the eccentrics 18 & 19. The toothed wheel 23 is connected to the double eccentric 17 by the key 24 and the toothed wheel 25 is connected to the double eccentric 20 by the key 26.
The pinion 27 integral with the input shaft 28 meshes with both the toothed wheels 23 and 25; the shaft 28 can be centered in the casing 1 by the bearings 29 & 30, this is not necessary, centering by the teeth can also be achieved. The eccentrics 18 & 21 receive respectively the bearings 31, 32 & 33, 34 which are centered in the bores 35 & 36 of the gear 37 of which 38 is the junction rib between the bores 35 & 36. The eccentrics 19 & 22 receive respectively the bearings 39, 40 & 41, 42 which are centered in the bores 43 & 44 of the gear 45 of which 46 is the junction rib between the bores 43 & 44. The ribs 38 & 46 visible in Fig. 2 have a shape such as a very slight variation in center distance, due to the tolerances of executions of the eccentrics, allows the gears 37 & 5 to slightly elastically ovalize without abnormally overloading the bearings of the eccentrics.
It is easy to see that the eccentrics 17 & 20, driven by the pinion 27 and the toothed wheels 23 & 25 rotate in synchronism in the same direction and give the gears 37 & 45 the circular movement which drives the crown 8 at low speed. The gear reactions between the gears 37 & 45 and the crown 8 cancel each other out, only a residual overturning torque, due to the spacing between the gears 37 & 45, must be taken up by the bearings 5 & 6 of the casing 2. The reactions of the bearings 13,14 & 15,16 on the shafts 11 & 2 are transmitted to the casing 1 to form the overturning torque which is taken up by the reaction arm 3; the bearings 5 & 6 take up the reaction force located at the end of the arm 3, this effort is all the smaller the longer the arm 3. It is obvious that without changing anything in the character of the invention, it is possible to extend the shaft 28 through the gears 37 & 45 and to have the toothed wheels 23 & 25 as well as the pinion 27 between the flange 7 and the ends of the shafts 11 and 12, this increases the width of the hoop of the crown 8 but can simplify the embedding of the shafts 11 & 12 in the sleeves 9 and 10,
