Abstract

De façon connue,les nappes en matière synthétique et, par exemple,en polyéthylène,sont obtenues à partir de gaines qui,extrudées et soufflées,sont sectionnais latéralement à proximité de leurs bords pliés formant lisières
Ces lisières forment des bandes qui,en général,sont re- cueillies pour être broyés et mélangées avec d'autres déchts,de manière a former des granules utilisables pour la fabrication de produits de bas de gamme,tels que des sacs-poubellesO
Par ce procédé,la matière constitutive des bandes est réutilisée pour fabriquer des sous produits 9 alors meme qu'elle pourrait servir pour fabriquer des produits de qualité, c'est-à-dire être mélangée avec la matière vierge utilisée pour fabriquer la gaine dans laquelle les nappes sont découpées
les essais réalisés jusqu'à ce jour ont montré que s'il était facile de mélanger les broyats de lisières avec de la matière vierge,il était plus difficile,et mGme impossible, d'amener ce mélange jusqu'à l'extrudeuse.En effet,durant le transport de ce mélange jusqu'à la vis d'une extrudeuse, les granules les plus lourds, c'est-à-dire de la matière vierge,se séparent des granules de broyats plus légers et forment un courant préférentiel chassant ces broyats et les empochant de péntrer dans l'extrudeuse
La présente invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif qui remédie à ces inconvénients et permet de mélanger les broyats de lisières avec de la matière vierge et de maintenir ces produits en mélange jusqu'à leur introduction dans l'extrudeuse.
