Abstract

Device for lifting/forming and assembling corrugated sheets made from thin sheet metal, comprising the use of vertical pillars disposed along the gable walls of the building to be covered (roofed) and supporting the corrugated sheets placed in the vertical position for lifting. A second cable 13 enables the upper corrugated sheet to be disconnected from the lifting cable 5 and for it to be tilted over in order to bring it into a horizontal position and to slide it over the bearing elements as the assembly advances. The manufacturing site, comprising two longitudinal rails, is located at the lower portion of the pillar. The metal sheet penetrates into one of them whereas it projects beyond, in an overhanging manner, the other profiled element. By lowering the combination of corrugated sheets, during assembly, over this overhang the metal sheet laid over the profiled elements and the next metal sheet are caused to be bent.

Dans un premier brevet depose le 15/1/68 nous avons deflni unwe methode de levage d'elements prefabriques en utilisant des cables et des poulies de renvoi fixees sur le batiment
Dans notre brevet du 2/7/81 nous avons de fini un procede different consistant a faire glisser les elements fabriques au sol sur un rai: prenant appui sur le batiment une bielle articulee permettant d'ame les toles en position d'assemblage au sol
Dans l'addition du 1/12/81 le rail a ete remplace par une etoile dont l'ecartement des branches correspondair a la largueur des elements qui prenaient appui sur elle le present brevet definit des dispositions notablement differentes caracterisees en particulier par la suppression de toute liaison du systeme de levage avec le batiment, par le formage automatique de l'onde sans intervention ni de bielles ni d 'intervention d'ouvrit et enfin par le positionnement automatique des toles pour façonner le joint
C e nouveau procede consiste a utiliser un mat classique de levage represente sous le repere 1 sur la figure 1 Ce mat comprendra en general 2 piedsen triangle et il sera maintenu en tete par un hauban repere 2 I1 compotre en tete 2 poulies repere 4
Un premier cable repere 5 passe sur l'une des poulies et vient se fixer sur un dispositif de traction repere 6 ( treuil ou tire fort les profiles d'assemblage des toles successives repere 7 ,8 ,9 sont fixes au cable par une agrafe repere 10 en fer plat plie fixee elle meme au cable par un serre cable repere 11 sur la figure lorsque l'un des profile d'assemblage atteint la position 12 il est relie par une agrafe identique a 10 au cable repere 13 qui passe sur la deuxieme poulie de renvoi 4 pour se fixer a un deuxieme dispositif de traction non represente Cette seconde agrafe est disposee a cote de l'agrafe 10
Une traction limitee au cable 13 permet alors de degager le profile de l'agrafe 10 et par le poids de l'onde le profile 12 vient dans la position 14 Ce basculement provoque le ripage du profile 15 supporte par le potelet 16 qui glisse lui meme sur la poutre porteus 17 et ainsi de proche en proche les ondes avancent sur la poutre porteuse ce mouvement pouvant etre facilite par un cable tracteur horizontal les ondes sont maintenues en forme par les entretoises re
POur assurer le formage de l'onde au sol on utilise des supports repere 18 comportatn un pied vertical et un pied plie a 45
Sur ces supports sont disposes 2 profiles 19 et 20 dont la longueur est egale a celle de la tole a assembler et distant d'une longueur egale environ aux deux tiers de la tole21 dont une partie se trouve ainsi en porte a faux On remarquera que l'extremite de la tole apposee au porte a faux penetre a l'interieur du profile 19 en forme de coulisse en C
La tole precedente repere 22 qui est amoitie formee est alors redscendue sur la partie en porte a faux de la tole 21 en relachant le treuil 6
Ce mouvement provoque le formage de l'onde 21 suivant le trace pointille cette deformrtion provoquant a son tour le formage complet de la tole 22
Le profile de bordure de cette derniere sera alors enfile simultanement dans les 2 toles 21 et 22 pour les assembler
Pour realiser cet assemblage on pourra pratiquer sur ea 2 toles c concernees des emboutis en quinconce et utiliser une coulisse en C dont l'ouverture correspondra a la profondeur de 1' embouti
Les 2 toles etant alors aisement enfilees dans le profile elles se trouveront solidarisees avec le profile des que l'angle des 2 toles sera ouvert par la suite du montage tel que cela est represente sur la figure 3 . cette ouverture permettra de serrer les toles contre la rainure du raidisseur et de transmettre par frottement les efforts de la tole au raidisseur

Revendications 1 procede de levage et de formage d'ondes en toles minces deformees elastiquement caracterise par l'emploi de mats de levage comportant en tete 2 poulies de renvoi pour 2 cables tracreurs 2 procede selon revendication 1 caracterise par la liaison de l'un des cables tracteurs avec chaque raidisseur des ondes au moyen d'une agrafe en tole pliee sur laquelle le raidisseur est simplemen pose 3 procede selon revendication caracterise par une liaison du deux cable tracteur au raidisseur situe sensiblement au niveau de la charpente porteuse par une agrafe en tole pliee situee a proximite de l'agrafe du premier cable 4 dispositif selon revendication 3 caractérise par le levage du deuxieme cable de maniere a degager le raidisseur correspondant de l'agrafe liee au premier
