Abstract

The station comprises a reception hopper with a side sloping inwards towards a vertical discharge door suspended on a horizontal pivot. Juice can escape between the door edge flap and the bottom of the sloping wall to run into a collecting tank. When the door is pivoted to an open position, grapes are dumped on to a conveyor band. The hopper, tank and conveyor assembly are mounted on a weighing platform. The grapes are handled more gently than by scren feeder reception. Used as reception and weighing station for freshly harvested grapes for winemaking, partic. for winemaking by the champagne method.

Description

 The present invention relates to a conquest of fruit reception guaranteeing, after weighing, their evacuation as well as that of their juice. (average capacity 2 tonnes of fruit).

 The traditional processes of the vineyard "except champagne" currently used in the field of the transfer of grapes are, pumping or the Archimedes screw. They do not correspond to the standards required by legislation for the production of crémant "champenoise method".

 The conquet according to the invention makes it possible to receive, weigh and evacuate the fruits while limiting as much as possible the bursting of the berries, therefore the oxidation of the product.

 Figure 1 of plate 1/3 shows a bucket with an inclined plane on a rigid chassis (1). In this bucket are mounted one or more buckets (2) movable around an axis (3). On this same axis also revolve the doors (4), which in the vertical position, close the conquet.

 As shown in Figure 2, board 2/3, the closed door (4) blocks the fruit sliding on the inclined plane (5), but (Figure 3) lets the juice run down into the tank (7) through the flap (6 ) and the opening left between the lower spout of the bucket (i) and the door (4).

 When the bucket is full, the product is weighed. The tare weight is automatically deducted by the weighing indicator from the weighing block (8).

 Figure 4, plate 2/3 shows the first evacuation time. Under the action of a jack (9) the door (4) pivots outwards around the axis (3).

The fruits retained on the incline (5) slide towards the evacuation belt (10).

 This volume of fruit evacuated, a jack (11) pivots the bucket (2) around the axis (3), Figure 5 plate 2/3. The fruits of the bucket slide towards the inclined plane (5), then towards the belt (10).

 Buckets and doors come into the initial position and filling can resume.

 On the inclined plane (5) are mounted cleaning ramps as shown in Figures 6 and 7, plate 3/3.

 These ramps consist of a guide plate (12) in which a slide (13) moves. Under this inclined plane (5) a connecting rod (14) transforms the rotary movement of a chain wheel (15) in translation "back and forth".

The assembly is driven by an electric motor (16).

 The forward movement of the slide (13) pivots the scrapers (22) about an axis (18) as far as the stop (19). It is helped by a return spring (l7).

This maneuver moves the fruit on the inclined plane (5) downwards.

 In return movement the scrapers repelled by the fruit (20) are housed under their protection (21) and thus do not injure the product transported.

 These cleaning ramps like the drain pump (23) of the juice container (7) start when the doors (4) of the conquet (1) open (Figure 4, plate 2/3) and stop as soon as the said doors are closed.

 The conquet according to the invention is particularly intended for receiving and evacuating grapes for the vinification of crémant.

Claims (6)

 1) Fruit receiving container characterized in that it comprises a bucket mounted in a rigid frame (1) this bucket with inclined plane (5) reviews one or more buckets (2) with door (4). These means 2 and 4 are free to rotate about an axis (3). The doors (4) in the vertical position, close the bucket but allow the juice to flow into the juice container (7). These same doors (4) open on a discharge mat (10).
