Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to those accommodation units commonly called "Camping-organized" "(or furnished).
Fig. 1,2 ). The known methods and systems which relate to the creation of this kind of units are characterized by the fact that, in order to form the adequate functional zones, (ex: the zones of the accommodation plots), they divide and distribute, as it is known, the surface of the site terrain, and implicitly its horizontal projection (eg Fig. 1,2).
The solutions which derive from these methods have, as is known, a series of drawbacks.
Thus, for example, the total area of accommodation plots I created by current processes will always be reduced, in the sense that this area will obviously remain always limited to the geometric difference that exists between the total area of the land. location (ex: ABCD perimeter - Fig. 1) and the necessary auxiliary surfaces (ex: access zones 2, sanitary 3 s, etc.> FigI). Also, the total surface of the functional zones created as plots @ more the paths2, plus the commercial and sanitary areas 3.4
auxiliary services, garages etc.), is naturally limited in the context of current processes and systems (e.g. Fig. 1,2), to the surface constituted by the site land. If the site is located in a non-wooded area , during the sunny days of summer, the temperature inside tents, caravans, etc., commonly rises to 40-50 C, and consequently tourists are forced to endure in this situation a difficult micro-climate. In wooded areas the micro-climate is also difficult because of humidity, mosquitoes, etc. Because of the system of implantation of functional areas, the average distances between groups of accommodation plots on the one hand , and the commercial, sanitary, etc. areas, on the other hand, are relatively large, and therefore uncomfortable.
Dans ce type de solutions -(Fig.To eliminate the disadvantages mentioned and to improve the living conditions in this type of accommodation, this invention presents a method and a system which, to be better understood, are presented in an example of application. Thus, in a field which for easier comparability, has the same outline as the terrain
in Figs. 1.2 we plan a surface of accommodation plots
1 cui completely covers the ground -Fig. By analyzing these last colutions, one can observe: The wires formed by the various groups of plots are placed at different levels (Fig. 4,5).
this separates certain wires from plots T, corresponds to that which is necessary for the passage of tourist vehicles (eg motorhome, Fig. 4,5, dimension H). Adequate differences in levels are obtained either by embankments 7 (or cuttings), with 10 penny walls
tenance, or by nlatforms suspended on a frame 8, (see
Fig. 4,5). Below these plots are created by works
quates, the auxiliary service areas (ex: paths 2, shops 4,
sanitary 3, Fig. Of course, for certain measures (e.g. con
be fire, supervision of works in the landscape, rapid evacuation, etc. , the whole is d @ te with adequate works (ex: partition
non-combustible sounds between plots 5, parasols 6, solar heating panels 5, planting on plots, etc; see Fig 3,4,5)
For a clearer presentation of the process which is the subject of
This invention is shown in Figs. 6,7 another example of application of this one. In this example an access path, which in the first example ensured the access, only for a single thread of par
those (Fig. 4,5), ensures in the latter case (2 Fig 6,7), access for
two plot wires; respectively F1 + F2 wires, on the NI level
and the wires F3 + F4, on level N2. In this type of solution - (Fig.
6,?),l'emplacement des parcelles des fils supérieurs (ex. F3 + F4)
The location of the plots of the upper wires (eg F3 + F4)
is alternative (eg an empty location b followed by a real location a) to allow sufficient access to natural light on the lower level (eg: N1 - Fig. 6,7).
difiés aussi,etc..A short comparative analysis of all the pre examples
felt, lets observe in an obvious way, that the clues of
land capacity (e.g. m2 of housing plots / m2 of land
location), are clearly superior for new solutions
(Fi. 3,4,5,6,7) .The same analysis shows that certain functional and functional parameters of the new solutions are dependent on the degree of superimposition of the accommodation plots. So for example: angular reduction B , which obviously increases the
Urea of superposition of the plots, (see Fig. 3,5 reduces the necessary surface of location (reducing the dimension L), without reducing the over
opposite accommodation plots, and as a result of this reduction
angular the factors of micro-climate (e: '. sunshine), are mo
also specified, etc.
d'acces equivalentes (ex.escaliers,ascenselrs,etc,10 Fig 3)
pietonnier (le dernier niveau).Of course the access will be ensured by adequate ramps (e.g. 9 Fig 3
and 1 Fig 6,7) which have links for each level; or by means
equivalent access (e.g. stairs, ascenselrs, etc., 10 Fig 3)
that in the hypothesis of a very sunny climate, the reduction of the angle B (see Fig 5) towards zero or even to a negative value becomes very useful and in this case the application of the system leads to solutions
as are for example those of Fig 8,9, which likewise have
those of accommodation (1) ramps and access roads (2,3) separa partitions
trices (4) suitable for forming solar panels (5), commercial surfaces (6) sanitary (7) etc,
but which, by a maximum superpesition reduces to @inimum the enso
the lighting of the functional areas (plots, paths, etc.)
So as we can see in Fig 3,4,5 the access can be only
pedestrian (the last level).
The invention can be used in a particularly internal health manner in the tourist hotel industry and even to form housing estates, for certain permanent dwellings.
