Abstract

The ticket holder has four button heads (123) for the assembly of the back (113) to the ticket body placed at each corner of the back. Label holder.

In the main patent, a label holder has been described in which the body of the backsplash has on its front face studs intended for introduction into the holes in the label and the length of which is sufficient for them to protrude relative to this, the projecting ends of the nipples being, for the maintenance of the label, opened by the action of heat, advantageously that developed by ultrasound, and pressure.

By this method of assembly, using thermofusion, there is no gap between the opening of the nipple and the anterior face of the body of the label, nor between the rear face of the body of the label and the support shoulder. No debris, and especially no meat debris can be retained by a nipple, so that the hygienic conditions are completely satisfied.

This label holder has given satisfaction.

The purpose of this Addition is to provide such a label holder, and a label device constituted by this label holder and a label body, which, while continuing to comply with the hygienic conditions, are of exceptional strength .

It has in fact been revealed that with the bodies of labels currently available, tears can occur, certainly after already long use.

The present invention relates to a label holder which makes it possible to obtain a label device whose duration of use is considerably extended compared to that of the known label device.

The label holder according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises nipples four in number, arranged in a rectangular configuration.

By this simple modification of the label holder, which only results in an extremely simple modification for the label body, namely the drilling of four holes instead of three holes as before, there is obtained a label device much more solid, to an extent which clearly exceeds what could be expected from the addition of an additional nipple.

The reason for this is to be found in the fact that the label body is most often fitted, in particular near its edges, with rotary discs carrying numbers, the rotation of which, to bring them into a predetermined angular position, allows the price display.

The attachment of the label body to the label holder at two upper points, instead of one, allows the material constituting the label body to best resist the forces to which said body is subjected during repeated handling of said discs.

The label holder comprises a insertion tip 111 on which is mounted, by overmolding, a backsplash 112, of plastic material, having a backsplash body 113 with rectangular outline, limited by a flat front face 114 and a rear face 115, parallel to the first, the rear face 115 having, however, from molding, a rib 116 of substantially semi-circular cross section and decreasing from the lower front face 117 to the tapered end 118, the rib 116 thus having a semi-conical configuration , a generator 119, or apparent contour, having a rounded, slightly curved end. It is the rib 116 which receives the tip 111 of which a constriction 122, towards the upper end, promotes the joining with the rib 116.

On the front face 114 of the backrest 112 hang four nipples, two upper nipples 1231 and 1232 and two lower nipples 1233 and 1234. The nipples 1231 and 1232 are arranged near the upper edge 101 of the backrest body 113 and the nipples 1233 and 1234 are arranged near the lower edge 102. The axes 1241, 1242, 1243t 1244 of the pins are at the vertices of an elongated rectangle whose sides are parallel to the edges of the backrest body 113.

Each stud 123 has a base 126 which connects to the body 113 of the backrest and a cylindrical stud body 127.

The label body 133 to be assembled with the label holder which has just been described has a generally rectangular outline with substantially horizontal sides 103 and 104 and substantially vertical sides 105 and 106. Its height is somewhat greater than that of the body of the backrest 113 and its width is appreciably larger to be able to receive discs 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, carrying on their front face of the figures, as shown in 147, 148, 149, 151, 152 or an inscription, as shown in 153, through windows, respectively 154, 155, 156, 157, 158 and 159.

The discs can be actuated by hand, rotating around axes materialized by eyelets, respectively 161, 162, 163, 164, 165 and 166, for displaying the prices.

The label body 133 has four holes 1311, 1312, 1313, 1314 of the same arrangement as the nipples 123. These holes have a diameter allowing the introduction of the nipple bodies 127 until the rear face 132 of the body d the label 133 abuts against the front face 134 of the base 126. In this condition, the stud body 127 protrudes relative to the front face 135 of the label body 133.

For assembly, it suffices to open the projecting ends 136 of the pins 127 to conform them along a small disc 137, applied by its rear face 138 against the front face 135 of the label body 133.

These developments are made by using ultrasound and pressure, so that the joining is effected by the solidification which follows the fusion. After assembly, there is therefore no gap or gap between the rear face 138 of a stud 137 and the front face 135 of the label body. On the other hand, by this operation, the rear face 132 of the label body is applied without discontinuity ~ against the front face 139 of the base 126.

 No gap being present, the risks of catching food debris, in particular meat debris, are eliminated.

During use, the forces undergone by the plate constituting the label body 133 do not cause, for the material constituting this plate, bending stresses capable of entraining a tear, and this thanks to the fixing of said plate at four points on the body of the backsplash 113, which has a particular solidity thanks to the presence of the rib 116 provided for the insertion of the tip 111.
