La portion d'accrochage 10 est constituée par un profilé continu en forme de canal, réalisé en caoutchouc dur (dureté Shore 4070) et obtenu par extrusion, ladite portion étant complètement dépourvue d'une quelconque pièce d'insertion de rigidification, métallique ou non, et étant propre à assurer l'effort d'embottage sur le cadre C d'accrochage en vertu des seules caractéristiques de rigidité du caoutchouc.La portion d'étanchéité 20 est par contre réalisée en mousse de caoutchouc ou en caoutchouc tendre ou souple ou en un matériau ayant des caractéristiques prononcées de déformabilité élastique et par suite en mesure de s'adapter à des profilés de butée, par exemple des portes, portières ou haillons, coffres et similaires, afin d'en assurer l'étanchéité. Dans les exemples représentés dans les Figures 1 et 2, la portion 20 est constituée par une ailette en forme de lèvre continue de section sensiblement en croissant propre à s'engager, en se déformant vers l'extérieur, sur les profilés de butée P, comme le montre clairement la Figure 2.
