Abstract

The device mechanically generates random numbers which are compatible with the French national lottery using data on the previously drawn numbers. The results of previous draws in the lottery are marked in a grid of numbers on a transparent plastics sheet. Successive sheets are bound together to form a book. A double ovoid annular structure with fifteen pointers on it is then placed over the marked sheets and oriented till each of the marked numbers has a pointer on it. The remaining pointers then indicate numbers which can be expected to have a higher probability of occurrence in the next draw.

L'invention concerne un dispositif composé de trois élé- ments destinés à être associés et qui permettent de trouver les numéros du Loto National. L'invention est donc du domaine du 3eu. La t echnique antérieure consistait à jouer des numéros qui n'étaient pas sortis depuis des semaines. Cette manière de jouer est particulièrement aléatoire et insatisfaisante. Selon l'invention, les tirages sont reportés sur un carnet dont les pages sont en plastique transparent, sur lesquelles sont collés sept symboles différents à chaque tirage, aux emplacements correspondant aux cases numérotées qui apparaitront par glissement d'une feuille opaque comportant 49 cases numérotées, sous la feuille de plastique.Il est ainsi très aisé de voir les numéros déjà sortis sur un ou plusieurs tirages en raison de la transparence.
