Abstract

The fishing net has a tubular shaft (1) to the end of which two arms (2) are pivotally mounted. The proximal ends of the arms are flattened with the tips formed into a triangle with rounded corners. A support (4) is fixed into the end of the shaft and this has a diametral slot into which the flattened ends of the arms are fitted. The arms are pivoted in the slot so that the hypotenuses of the triangular ends face each other and the pivot pins lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the shaft. A spring-loaded sliding element (8) with a bifurcated upper end bears against the tips of the arms to push them outwards when the net is required for use.

L'invention concerne les instruments a main pour la pêche, particulièrement une epuisette repliable constituée d'un manche portant deux branches auxquelles est suspendu un filet.
