DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Scope of the technique

In sport fishing, especially sedentary, landing nets are used to dry the catches.

When these are large, the tool cannot be used overhanging, holding it by the handle, because the weight of the prey does not allow it, but the handle is used to pull the bag to the shore at the surface of the water. with the prey imprisoned therein and, when this is below the shore, the arms that support and hold open the bag are removed by a retractor attachment shaped like a â € œYâ €, at least in its grafting directions, at the head of the handle and the net is manually hoisted dry by means of a grip on it.

The most uncomfortable point of the operation is given by the extraction of the retractor arms from the â € œYâ € attachment at the top of the handle, as these arms, by their nature and function, push outwards and the unthreading requires a relatively considerable effort, particularly uncomfortable in the excitement of the contingency of a large fish hooked to the rod in the other hand.

Aims of the invention

The main purpose of the present invention is, in this context, that of providing an innovative device that allows to facilitate the recovery of the prey in the use of landing nets for sport fishing.

Another purpose of the present invention is to achieve the previous purpose through a particularly reliable and immediate device in its activation, in the face of often precarious contingencies of its use.

A further object of the present invention is to achieve the preceding objects by means of a simple and effective device, safe in operation and of relatively economical cost in consideration of the results practically achieved with it.

Abstract summary of the solution concept

These and still other objects are all achieved with the landing net structure for sport fishing according to the present invention, comprising net carrying arms (2) that can be sealed by a retractor (1) that can be collapsed by means of a kinematic mechanism consisting of a pair of mutually symmetrically reclining pivoted sleeves (7) ( 8) at the head of the handle (4) in a case (5) within which the retaining seats (11) of the lever arms (9), appendages of said sleeves (7) can be dimensionally modified by the interaction of inclined planes (10, 17) effecting displacement of a slide (13) guided slidingly (15, 16) against the action of an antagonist spring (14) and immobilized at the start of the stroke by means of a transversal slider pin (20) elastic (25) with differentiated section (21) , 22).

Static description of the example of realization

With reference to these figures and in particular to figure 1, 1 indicates as a whole the collapsible retractor constituting the prerogative of the landing net structure according to the present invention, illustrated as a whole in figure 7.

The spreader 1 comprises a pair of coupling sleeves 7 for the support arms 2 of the net 3 of the landing net, associated with reclining within a case 5 fixed by means of a pin 6, preferably a screw, apically to a handle 4 (see figures 1 and 7).

The reclining sleeves 7 are pivoted inside the case 5 in pins 8, by means of relative extensions 9, constituting lever arms proximally describing inclined planes 10 (see figures 2 and 5);

the lever arms 9 are housed in the case 5 within a pair of self 11, separated by a median insert 12 integral with the case 5 and further defined by a slide 13, sliding inside the case 5 itself, against the Action of an antagonist helical spring 14, housed within the pin 6 for fixing to the handle 4 (see figures 2 and 3).

The slide 13, which positively traces the internal compartment of the case 5, is guided by the walls of the latter and, preferably, is further axially guided by a nose piece 15, which for this purpose inserts into a groove 16 made in the ™ median insert 12 (see figures 2 and 3) ·

The same slide 13, on the fronts which delimit the seats 11, also describes inclined planes 17, interacting with the inclined planes 10 of the lever arms 9, for the functions illustrated in greater detail (see Figures 2 and 3).

The same slide 13 also has a central through slot 18, with opposite lateral cradles 19, through which a cursor pin 20 is inserted, equipped with a head with an increased section 21, on which opposed lateral arms 22 are provided (see figures 2 and 3);

the slider pin 20 protrudes from the bottom of the case 5 through a hole 23 and on the outside it is integral with a button 24, standing out against the action of a helical spring 25 interposed therein (see figures 2 and 4).

At the other end, the head 20 of the slider pin 19 is housed in a niche 26, equipped with lateral cradles 27, made in the lid 28 of the case 5 (see figures 2 and 4), for the functions that are described below they move on to specify.

Dynamic description of the example of embodiment Having thus completed the static description of a preferred example of embodiment of the landing net structure according to the present invention, as follows in fact the dynamic one, that is the relative operation, passes to operate:

The collapsible retractor 1 according to the present invention is assembled, like the usual retractors for landing nets, at the head of the handle 4, with the support arms 2 of the net 3 engaged within the sleeves 7, as illustrated in Figure 7.

When, as in use, the landing net is used to retrieve a large catch and, once the net 3 has reached the shore, or under the boat's edge, it is necessary to remove the arms 2 from the sleeves 7, the function intervenes related to the structure according to the present invention:

by pressing the button 24 the head 21 of the cursor pin 20 disengages the slide 13, inserting itself in the recess 26 of the cover 28;

in the same way, the opposite side arms 22 of the head 21 of the slider pin 20 disengage the opposite side cradles 19 of the slide 13, inserting themselves into the opposite side cradles 27 of the cover 28;

in this way the slide 13 becomes free to slide inside the case 5 and, by grasping the retractor 1 on the sleeves 7 with one hand, they strike one against the other, since, acting as levers on the pins 8 , the inclined planes 10 of the relative lever arms 9 interact with the inclined planes 17 of the slide 13, of which the latter is precisely induced to slide within the case 5, so that the seats 11 change dimensionally, expanding, providing ease of tilting to the extensions 9 of the sleeves 7, or providing the latter with the possibility of leaning against each other (see interpolation of the two operating positions illustrated in Figures 5 and 6).

In this position, or with sleeves 7 substantially parallel (Figure 6), it is easy and immediate to remove the support arms 3 of the net 2 from them, in order to recover this by clinging to it and getting rid of the contingency of the handle 4.

Once the prey recovery operation has been completed, with the reverse intervention and with the same immediacy, the arms 3 supporting the net 2 can be applied to the handle 4, which, when the pressure on the sleeves 7 ceases, are spread apart by the thrust of the spring 14 which brings the slide 13 back to start of travel, held there by the elastic projection of the cursor pin 20 which blocks it with its head 21 and with the relative opposite lateral arms 22.

Implementation alternatives

It is obvious that in further alternative embodiments, still falling within the concept of innovation underlying the example of embodiment illustrated above and claimed below, the landing net structure according to the present invention can be materialized with technical and structural equivalents, or equipped with further supplementary measures , as well as all the conformations of the relative constituents can be varied in a manner suitable for the purpose;

in particular, purely as an indication and not exhaustive:

cn the sleeves can have any shape of internal section, in front of the shape of the support arms of the net;

the transversal slider pin can have any suitable alternative configuration, to act as a lock and release for the sliding slide.

Advantages of the invention

As is evident from the above detailed description of preferred embodiments, the landing net structure according to the present invention offers the advantages corresponding to the achievement of the intended purposes:

in fact, it integrates a functional device to make it easier to use the landing nets, precisely in the most delicate conditions of relative use, in any type of sport fishing, both at sea and in fresh water, from the shore or from the boat.

A collateral advantage of the structure is given by the possibility of using the collapsible retractor to reduce the size and encumbrance of the landing net during its transport and constant storage.

Scope of the protection invoked

Having thus described the landing net structure according to the present invention with reference to a preferred embodiment thereof, it will be obvious to wish to protect all the possible embodiments with variants of normal implementation for those skilled in the art, which do not modify the found without departing from the purposes envisaged therein; by this it is meant, both in the above description and in the following claims, to protect all the embodiments and variants that fall within the concept of solution, in the spirit and purposes of the invention itself, or which achieve equal utility by adopting the same concept innovative.

CLAIMS 1) Net structure for sport fishing with net arms (2) that can be removed from a retractor consisting of: a pair of reclining sleeves (7) for coupling the support arms (2) of the net (3) of the landing net pivoted into the case (5) in pins (8) through relative extensions (9) constituting lever arms proximally describing inclined planes (10); a pair of seats (11) obtained in the case (5) where said lever arms (9) are housed separated by a median insert (12) integral with the case (5) and further defined by a slide (13) sliding inside the case (5) itself against the action of an antagonist spring (14); inclined planes (17) described by the slide (13) on the fronts delimiting said seats (11) interacting with the inclined planes (10) of said lever arms (9); characterized by the fact that: said slide (13) has a central through slot (18) through which a cursor pin (20) equipped with a head with a larger section (21) is inserted; said cursor pin (20) protrudes from the bottom of said case (5) through a hole (23) and on the outside it is integral with a button (24) which stands out against the action of a spring (25) interposed therein; the head (20) of said slider pin (19) is housed at the other end in a recess (26) made in the lid (28) of said case (5). 2) Net structure as per first claim, characterized by the fact that: said slide (13) has a central through slot (18) with opposing side cradles (19) through which a cursor pin (20) is inserted with a head with a larger section (21) on which opposed side arms are provided (22); said cursor pin (20) protrudes from the bottom of said case (5) through a hole (23) and externally it is integral with a button (24) which stands out against the action of a helical spring (25) interposed therein ; the head (20) of said slider pin (19) is housed at the other end in a niche (26) equipped with lateral cradles (27) made in the lid (28) of said case (5). 3) Net structure as per the preceding claims and each of them, characterized by the fact that said slide (14) positively traces the internal compartment of said case (5) and is guided by the walls of the latter and is further axially guided by a nib (15) inserting into a groove (16) made in said median insert (12) separating said pair of seats (11) obtained in the case (5) where said lever arms (9) are housed. 4) Net structure as per the preceding claims and each of them, characterized in that said antagonist spring (14) is helical and is housed within said pin (6) when said slide (13) slides inside said case (5) ) for fixing the retractor (1) to the handle (4). 5) Net structure particularly for sport fishing according to the preceding claims and substantially as described and illustrated in the attached drawing tables as well as for the specified purposes.
