Abstract

A tube forms the base of the neck of the instrument. The tube divides at the lower end into two half tubes providing an enlarged space to accommodate microphones whose thickness is comparable to the dia. of the tube. A shaft extends along the back of the instrument neck linking the plate at one end to the upper end of the tube. This upper end is angled back so that the shaft is able to compensate for the string tension. When the microphones have been put in place in the instrument they may be held by injection moulded resin. According to the particular model, various accessories may be added including a carrying handle cord, balancing weight etc.

Pour réaliser ce genre d'instrument on prend un tube 1 qu"on fend suivant sa longueur de deux segments 2 diamétralement opposés a l'emplacement où seront les micros et sur une distance un peu supérieure à leur encombrement. Puis les micros sont mis en place et l'ensemble mis dans le moule pour injection de la résine. Claims

2- instruments b strings according to claim 1 characterized in that a piece 6 slid into the slots of the tube on the handle side and abutting against the end 7 of these slots serves as anchoring to the tension rod 8 for adjusting the curvature of the handle.
