Description
La présente invention concerne une machine destinée à trancher les matériaux schisteux,plus particulièrement les ardoises trés épaisses dites "Rustiques ".The present invention relates to a machine intended for slicing shale materials, more particularly very thick slates known as "Rustics".
Plusieurs dispositifs sont utilisés pour trancher les matériaux schisteux dont les plus courants sont les disques rotatifs en matière agglomérée et la scie circulaire à dents; mais ces procédés ont l'inconvénient de réaliser des coupes bien rectilignes avec des aretes vives,alors qu les bords de l'ardoise exigent un enarifrein ,non pas rectiligne,mais produit par éclatement. ( FIG-6-) contrairement a la scie circulaire qui agit sur le matériau en continu,le dispositif objet de cette invention 2 l'avantage de marteler par des à-coups le trait de coupe provoquant. un choc par intermittence ,rêalisant ainsi de petits éclatements de la face inférieure de l'ardoise de chaque côté de la coupe ( EN 10 FIG-6-) produisantle chanfrein, l'ardoise étant par la suite retourné pcr la pose sur la charpente. Les ardoises étant livrées,généralement de forme rectangulaire,il faut également pour la fixer sur la charpente ,la perforer d'un trou afin d'y engage le clou de fixation ;or cette machine effectue aussi ce travail,de même quelle effectue la coupe dans tous les sens.
