WITHIN THE SAME TIME WHICH 'THE BAND OF MATERIAL COMPOSED OF FIBERS IS WINDED UP, SUBJECTED TO RADIAL NEEDLETING, THE BAND THEN CONSTITUTED OF SEVERAL BANDS OF FIBER OF DIFFERENT LENGTH AND ORIENTATION FOLLOWING THE LAYERS, B.
