Abstract

The heater is connected to the cooling circuit of an ic-engine, formed of an iron cylinder (1) with a coil (2) immersed in the heated engine coolant. The coil provides a heating duct to heat the fuel before it is fed to the injection pump. The cylinder is placed in the coolant duct with end connections for it, with the coil formed as a section of the fuel feed pipe. The cylinder is fixed to the coolant duct using rubber mountings.
