La presente invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention de mortier cellulaire. The present invention relates to a process for obtaining cell mortar.
Actuellement on réalise des murs, des parpaings ou autres presentant des qualités d'isolation thermique et phonique en béton cellulaire. Ces betons cellulaires sont obtenus de maniere classique par mélange dans une bétonnière de gravillons, de sable, de ciment et d'eau, ou par mélange de gravillons de ciment et d'eau, en proportions variables, auxquels on ajoute un emulseur. Cet émulseur est introduit dans la masse que l'on mélange dans la bétonnière a l'intérieur de laquelle on injecte ensuite de l'air comprimé pour faire mousser l'ensemble.
