Abstract

The hinge comprises two elements (1,2) which fit together in longitudinal direction, e.g. by a pin of the upper element (2) fitting in a corresponding bore in the lower element (1). At least one of the elements is secured, e.g. in a furniture door opening, by a screw (3) at right angles to the pivot axis, whose counter-sunk head and exposed shank portion are covered by a bush (4) all as in 876234. The bush is formed as a split spring ring whose slot (5) is recessed (6) at both sides so that it locates on the screw shank with snap-in action. The recesses may be arranged in widened portions of the ring. (FL).

CLAIMS.

Laced card or ana loque hinge consisting essentially of a body made of two parts, the elements of which fit into one another along the geonetric axis of the lace card and in which at least one of the elements above is fixed to the part of the furniture considered by a screw 3 extending at right angles to the geometric axis of these elements, the head of this screw, embedded in these elements and the visible part of this screw protruding from these elements, being masked by an annular socket 4, characterized in that said socket is constituted by a split ring which can be blocked by the slot 5 on the part of the screw 3 protruding from a part of the furniture.

2. lace-up plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the aforementioned slot 5, has, on either side of a circular part 6 intended to grip said screw 3 in an elastic manner, parts which go in s' widening from the circular part 6 towards the edges of the circular sockets 4.
