Abstract

The bicycle handle bar pillar (1) has a collar (3) cast facing towards its rear to retain the handle bar tube. The part of the collar (A) opposite the inserted part of the pillar is overhanging and its thickness at the bottom (B) is reduced. In the opening is inserted a plate of deformable plastics (6a).
