Abstract

A cartridge contg. a sealing compsn. for anchoring bolts or pins comprises an internal tubular part contg. a hardener and an outer sheath defining with the internal part an annular space contg. an unsatd. polyester resin. The novel feature is that the internal part is a stiffener comprising a tube of "cristal" polystyrene contg. 1-5% "impact" polystyrene, coated with a thin polyamide film. The cartridge is used in mine works and the like. The stiffener replaces the conventional glass prod. and is less dangerous to handle. It is easy to break, resistant to solvent and can be produced in a suitable form.

Cartouche, comportant une charge de scellement pour tiges ou boulons d'ancrage, formée d'un élément tubulaire interne contenant un durcisseur et d'une gaine externe délimitant avec ledit élément un espace annulaire dans lequel se trouve la résine polyester insaturé, carac- térisée en ce que ledit élément interne est un raidisseur constitué par un tube polystyrène "Cristal" à 1-5 'S de polystyrène "choc", revenu par un film polyamide mince.1.
