Abstract

The plant includes an ultrasonic emulsifier (1), which can be fed with water in tank (5), which has a water-softener (15), 2-way solenoid valve (EV2) and doser (6). An oil tank (3) is used, with a tank (4) contg. returned emulsion; plus two 3-way solenoid valves (EV1, EV3), and bypass circuits with manually-operated valves (8,9). An electronic circuit triggered by a thermostat includes timing relay (10); main relay (11); distributor relay (12), and a level contact (13) on tank (4), so the system can operate automatically.
