Abstract

The incontinence protector comprises a tubular sleeve made of thin rubber which has a valve at the distal end. The valve is made from two flattened parts (12, 14) of the wall which form a narrow, elongated opening. The funnel is fitted over the end of the sleeve and valve using an external latex rubber collar. The funnel is made of a thicker material than the sleeve and the excreted urine passes down the funnel into a bag strapped to the user's leg without contacting the outside of the penis.
