Description
Dispositif. de réglage et de fixation sur matériaux plastiques
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de réglage et de fixation d'une première pièce munie d'une gorge dans ou sur une deu xième pièce en matière thermoplastique. Les deux pièces sont rendues solidaires par un élément ressort ayant certaines caractéristiques particulières et qui peut pénétrer par échauffement dans la pièce en matériau thermoplastique immobilisant définitivement les deux pièces à 11 emplacement choisi, l'élément ressort restant en place.
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de réglage et de fixation d'une première pièce munie d'une gorge dans ou sur une deu xième pièce en matière thermoplastique. Les deux pièces sont rendues solidaires par un élément ressort ayant certaines caractéristiques particulières et qui peut pénétrer par échauffement dans la pièce en matériau thermoplastique immobilisant définitivement les deux pièces à 11 emplacement choisi, l'élément ressort restant en place.
Un tel dispositif trouve son application dans la construction mécanique et notamment pour la fabrication de capteurs ou d'actionneurs électriques lorsque ceux-ci nécessitent un réglage à la production.
Ces dispositifs de l'art antérieur comprennent notamment des collages, des rondelles dentées pénétrant par pression dans le thermoplastique, des soudures par ultra-sons ou action de la chaleur, etc. Ces dispositifs ont fait la preuve de leur efficacité mais apportent le plus souvent des contraintes, lors de la réalisation, qui peuvent être à titre indicatif de forme, de propriété, de tolérances.
Le dispositif, objet de la présente invention, présente l'avantage d'apporter de nouvelles libertés dans le dessin des pièces et de ne faire intervenir le chauffage qu'a un point bien précis n'entraînant pas de dégradation sur le reste de la pièce.
L'invention sera maintenant décrite en se référant aux quatre figures annexées, données à titre d'exemple non limitatif de réalisation.
La figure 1 est une vue en coupe qui montre trois exemples de fixation dont deux avec réglage sur un capteur de pression à membrane souple dont tous les éléments, constituant l'enveloppe extérieure, sont réalisés en matériaux plastiques ; les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues partielles en bout du capteur à une échelle agrandie montrant plus en détail l'élément ressort et la lumière d'accès à ses extrémités per mettant un chauffage par résistance de l'élément ressort ; là figure 4 est une variante de réalisation qui ne demande pas de lumière d'accès, le chauffage de l'élément ressort étant obtenu dans un champ de haute fréquence.
Revenant à la figure 1, nous distinguons sur celle-ci une calotte en matière plastique thermofusible 1 portant en son centre un tube 2 dans lequel vient se loger un bouchon 3 portant une gorge 4 circulaire dans laquelle vient se placer un ressort 5 en forme de circlip et portant en 6 sur la face intérieure du tube 2. A l'état libre, le diamètre extérieur du ressort 5 est plus grand que le diamètre intérieur du tube 2.
Le ressort est donc tendu.
Sur la figure 2, à une échelle plus grande, sont indiqués le tube 2, le bouchon 3, le ressort 5 dont les extrémités 7 et 8 en biseau sont visibles à travers la lumière d'accès 29.
Sur la figure 3, n'ont été représentées que les extrémités 7 et 8 du ressort 5 entre lesquelles viennent se placer, au moment de la fixation, des contacts mobiles 9 et 10 tenus par un élément isolant 11 ayant certaines qualités d'élasticité pour rattraper les différences d'angle entre les biseaux du ressort et les contacts mobiles. Ces contacts mobiles sont reliés à une source de courant non représentée et appliqués avec une force F sur les extrémités 7 et 8 du ressort 5.
Le bouchon 3 peut donc être positionné dans le tube 2 par un organe non représenté, éventuellement à la main, puis fixé en place par échauffement du ressort 5 qui pénètre dans le tube 2 et assure donc après refroidissement une fixation stable.
La position et l'effort, qu'exerce, à l'intérieur de l'appareil, un ressort hélicoidal 12 (figure 1), peuvent donc être réglés par ce moyen.
Les deux autres fixations prévues sur la figure 1 sont celles d'une membrane souple 13 bloquée entre la calotte 1 et un corps 14 par l'effet d'un ressort 15 placé dans une gorge 16 et celle du fond 17 portant des éléments détecteurs 18 du mouvement de la membrane 13. Ce fond 17 est immobilisé à l'intérieur du corps 14 par un ressort 19 placé dans une gorge 20. L'immobilisation dudit fond 17 n'intervient qu'après réglage de position en fonction des réglages électriques obtenus avec le capteur.
La figure 4 est une variante de réalisation qui ne nécessite pas de lumière d'accès. Les extrémités 7 et 8 du ressort 5 sont en c#ontact et le chauffage du ressort 5 est obtenu par un champ haute fréquence développé par une spire conductrice 21 entourant le tube 2.
Le ressort 5 n'est pas nécessairement métallique mais peut être constitué par un élastomère à haut point de fusion et à pertes diélectriques beaucoup plus fortes que celles du tube 2. Cette variante peut s'appliquer bien entendu aux autres fixations représentées figure 1.
La gorge et le ressort peuvent, sans changer le caractère de l'invention, être à l'extérieur de la pièce en matériau thermoplastique. Dans ce cas, le ressort devra avoir à l'état libre un diamètre intérieur plus petit que celui de la pièce sur laquelle il se monte.
Les ressorts métalliques ou non peuvent être de toutes formes et notamment plats et ondulés en serrage dans la gorge pour éviter tout jeu axial et être recouverts sur leurs faces latérales d'un vernis réfractaire isolant retardant la transmission latérale de la chaleur sur les parois de la gorge.
Claims (6)
1. Dispositif de réglage et de fixation sur matériau thermoplastique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première pièce (3, 14, 17) munied'une gorge dans laquelle se trouve un ressort (5, 15, 19) à l'état tendu et une deuxième pièce (2, 1, 14) en matériau thermoplastique dans laquelle s'engage le ressort sous le double effet de son chauffage par des moyens électriques et de sa détente.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première et la deuxième pièce sont de révolution et concentriques.
-3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens mobiles de chauffage par champ haute fréquence du ressort à l'intérieur de la gorge, ledit ressort étant constitué de tout matériau susceptible de s'échauffer sous l'action du champ haute fréquence.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens mobiles de contact électrique permettant de faire circuler un courant dans le ressort.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités du ressort sont en forme de biseau ouvert du côté opposé à celui sur lequel le ressort exerce sa tension.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la première pièce est munie d'une ou plusieurs lumières permets nit le passage des moyens mobiles de contact vers les extrémités du ressort.
