Tel qu'il est représenté en figures 1,2,3 et 4, le dispositif comporte une trémie 1 dans laquelle sont déversés des matériaux 2 qui descendent jusqu'au carter 3 aux côtés 4 transversaux arrondis éliminant des angles de retenue. A l'une des extrémités, dudit carter est fixé un moto-réducteur 5 qui actionne par le ttuchement de deux pignons 6 et 7 des paliers 8 et 9 les arbres 10 portant lespales 11 ; ces dernières prennent du matériau et le font glisser le long des parois 4 arrondies jusqu'à ltouverture 12 inférieure tombant ensuite dans le moule 16. L'ouverture 12 est égale à la longueur des ralles. Les pales 11 sont prises à leur base en sandwich entre deux: tiges 13 plates qui sont solidarisées à l'arbre 10 par soudure. Un troisième arbre 14 doté de griffes 15 est actionné par le moto-réducteur facilitant un bon écoulement des matériaux sur les pales.
