Le procédé est applicable à la construction des éléments gros oeuvre (murs, façades, pignons, refends, cloisons, planchers) quelque soit le nombre d'étages et permet l'exécution simultanée du gros oeuvre et second oeuvre. The process is applicable to the construction of structural elements (walls, facades, gables, slits, partitions, floors) regardless of the number of floors and allows the simultaneous execution of structural work and finishing work.
Dans l'état actuel de la technique les murs sont fabriqués à l'aide de moules. Ce système est couteux pour le prix de fabrication de moules, le transe port des éléments lourds et pour la mise en oeuvre qui requiert de gros engins de levage.
