La présente invention concerne un dispositif constituant un élément d'une enceinte rigide contenant un liquide; dispositif qui permet de distribuer et d'étaler ce liquide, par exemple un parfum, sur une surface mouillable par ce liquide, par exemple sur la peau. Le problème rencontré dans l'utilisation d'un parfum contenu dans un flacon, plus spécialement dans un conditionnement de petit volume pour échantillon, est d'appliquer ce parfum sur la peau par petites quantités. Pour les flacons du commerce le parfum doit être transvasé dans un pulvérisateur ou le parfum est appliqué avec le bouchon qui a été préalablement mouillé avec le liquide. Avec les petits flacons pour échantillons le volume est trop faible et le bouchon est trop petit pour autoriser ces deux modes d'application.Si on penche ou renverse le flacon pour faire couler le parfum sur la peau, le débit est totalement incon trôlé et le liquide coule sur la peau.
