  The invention relates to a straight staircase with two stringers,

The staircase according to the present invention intends to provide a satisfactory solution to this imperative, some of which

  data contradict each other.

This staircase is designed in such a way that the bolts (two per step) join to the stringer both the steps and the handrail supports, one of these two bolts passing through the oblong hole of the step, the round hole (s)

  of the stringer and the oblong hole of the support, thus allowing

  simultaneously adjusting the horizontality of the walk and

that of the verticality of the handrail support.

The vertical adjustment of the upright and the horizontality of the step is therefore done by pivoting the respective gussets around the fixed point constituted by the upper bolt in

  moving the lower bolt through the oblong holes.

It should be noted, however, that the vertical deviation of the bolts (la) and (1b) corresponds to the difference in level between the steps, so that the stringer (L) is only pierced with three round holes located two by two in a plane horizontal (for bolts (la) and (1b) of the same step) and -in a vertical plane (for bolts (la) and (1b) of the same amount) so that on this stringer, the holes in these holes draw a line

safety standards, because their design makes it possible to respect

Claims (4)

  1 - Straight staircase with two inclined stringers (L),   one-plurality of steps (MA) each end of which is con- formed to form a vertical part (GM) (flap or welded gusset) fixed to the adjacent stringer by bolts or similar fixing means, crossing the wall of this part and that of a part (L1) of this stringer located in a plane vertical, and a handrail (MC) supported by a plurality of vertical supports (MT) (one per step) characterized in that said vertical part (GM) of the step is fixed to the adjacent stringer on the one hand by a bolt passing through round holes drilled in the wall of the parts in contact, and on the other hand, by a bolt passing through a round hole in one. of these same parts and an oblong eye pierced in the other part, and that the support (MT) of the handrail is fixed to the same stringer, on the one hand by a bolt crossing the two adjacent thicknesses by a round hole and d on the other hand by a bolt passing through a round hole of one of these thicknesses and an oblong eye drilled in the other, this latter bolt being used both for adjustable fixing of the step and that of said support.   2 - Staircase according to claim 1 characterized in that said support (MT) of the handrail is fixed to the stringer by two substantially superimposed bolts, the upper bolt eur being the fixed assembly bolt before a step while the lower bolt is the assembly bolt   adjustable rear (1b) of the next lower step.   3 - Staircase according to claim 2 characterized in that the stringer has a tubular or semi-tubular section (p.e .: omega) rectangular, the steps being fixed against one of its large faces, the support being against the other face.   4 - Staircase according to one of the preceding claims   in which the upper end of each support (MT) is articulated relative to the handrail characterized in that the lower part is secured to a trapezoidal gusset (GF) pierced at the top of a round hole (GF1) and in low with an oblong eye (GF2) or describing a concentric arc stick to this round hole.
