Abstract

A pref. mixture comprises 800 g water, 100 g sugar syrup, 100 g fruit juice extract which are mixed and filtered with addn. of 51 mg of magnesium L aspartate and 2 mg ascorbic acid. The mixture may be aerated with CO2. The additive enables better mixing, makes the mixture assumable and refreshing, and suppresses the acid effects of the fruit and juice.
