Abstract

The gutter bracket (1) attaches to the edge of a corrugated cladding sheet (7), to support eave-level channel gutters (17) collecting surface water run off from a roof. It comprises a shallow "U" section bar bent into an assymetric "V" shape. The upper leg returns through two successive right angles to house onto a sheet (T) edge. The leg also provides a longitudinal slot hole (S) for a lever (10) cam (9), using flange (6) notches to form journal bearing seats for the lever axle (8). The lever (10) is pivoted (F) through 90 degrees to wedge the cladding sheet (T) between the cam (9) and leg (1b). A butterfly nut and bolt (16) in the slot hole (15) may secure the gutter (17) and a leg (1b) may have an inverted 'w' section.
