Abstract

Seat fitted with a headrest and at least the back frame of which consists of a shell, characterized in that, on the one hand, the horizontal section of the central upper part of the shell (1) of the back has a corrugated profile, this hull part being constituted by a series of transverse front (4) and rear (5) sails connected together by cheeks (6) substantially longitudinal and in that on the other hand the base of the support head comprises a series of longitudinal vertical flat legs (7) adapted to interact horizontally with said rear and front transverse webs alternately.

2. Seat equipped with a headrest according to claim 1, characterized in that each tab interacts with the facing veil by a firm contact made along a transverse pad (13) integral with this tab

3. Seat equipped with a headrest according to claim 2, characterized in that each shoe has a cylindrical contact face with a transverse axis and interacts with the bottom, curved in correspondence, of a hollowed-out bowl (14). -in the veil opposite.

4. Seat equipped with a headrest according to claim 3, characterized in that the radius of curvature of the bottoms of the bowls is a little less than that of the cylindrical faces of the pads.

Seat equipped with a headrest according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each tab is terminated below by a spout (15) capable of coagulating for attachment purposes, after tilting of the support- head relative to the backrest, with a light (16) hollowed out opposite in the corresponding veil of the backrest.

6. Headrest characterized in that it comprises at its base a series of vertical longitudinal flat legs so as to equip a seat according to any one of the preceding claims.

7. Headrest according to claim 6, characterized in that it comprises at least three legs (7), and preferably four legs, on each side of a median longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry.

8. Headrest according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that all of its framework, including its legs, consists of a single molded piece, in particular of plastic.

9. Headrest according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that all of its framework, including its legs, consists of a single stamped piece of aluminum sheet or other material.

10. Seat back characterized in that it is established so as to be equipped by a headrest according to any one of claims 6 to 9 and in that for this purpose the horizontal section of the central upper part of the shell serving as frame for its back has a wavy profile.
