Abstract

a. Machine permettant d'obtenir le gaz produit par du fumier en fermentation anaérobie. b. Il comprend un cylindre dans lequel le fumier est poussé par un piston. Le fumier séjourne dans le cylindre pendant la fermentation. c. Le gaz produit est recueilli dans la partie haute qui forme hotte d. L'invention peut être utilisée dans les exploitations agricoles.

Description

- La présente invention concerne les stations de traitement du
fumier mis en fermentation dans les exploitations agricoles - les stations existantes en système continu utilisent du fu-
mier qui doit être au préalable liquéfié pour qu'il puis
se être transporte à l'aide de pompe. D'autre part les
stations sont des cylindres verticaux afin de pouvoir
facilement retirer la croute qui se forme sur la masse
- La station objet de l'invention utilise un cylindre hori
zontal et enterré dans lequel le fumier est régulièrement
introduit à l'aide d'un piston actionné par un vérin
hydraulique raccordé sur le circuit d'un tracteur.
Une grille empèche des particules de former une croute
en surface. Le purin de la partie haute est recyclé dans
la masse par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe
La forme du cylindre est toujours de la même firme et de
mêmes dimensions afin de permettre une fabrication indus
trielle
Il est possible de doubler ou de tripler les possibiliteé
en installant un, deux ou trois cylindres raccordés sur
la même trémie (cf. la planche n 2.2)
