Abstract
Description
Le présent certificat d'utilité concerne des récepta:les spécialement conçus
pour le transport des fromages le Brie.This utility certificate concerns receptacles: specially designed
for the transport of Brie cheeses.
Dans les dispositifs connus de ce genre pour le transport des fromages de Brie
o ispose ces derniers dans des caissettes, généralement en bois de faible épais
seur ou en matière plastique. Le problème d'empilage de ces caissettes n'a pas
toujours été résolu en raison du poids du contenu qui oblige, dans le cas d'em
ploi du bois, à des épaisseurs de matériau non compatibles avec les prix de re
vient emballage-transport , de plus les caissettes en bois ne sont pas, en géné
ral, réemployables.Par contre les réalisations en matières plastiques ont l'a
vantage de pouvoir ètre nettoyées rapidement et facilement , donc de pouvoir è
tre réemployées pendant longtemps, d'ou un double avantage, le prix de revient
des emballages s'amortit rapidement et leur empilage est possible sans danger
d'écrasement pendant le transport, un nervurage bien compris les rendant parfai
tement rigides.Cependant , à ces réalisations de caissettes il fallait ajouter
un accessoire,indispensable dans le cas d'emploi pour les fromages de Brie et leur transport, étant donné la nature molle du produit, on devait emballer le
dit fromage dans un autre réceptable à paroi de faible épaisseur qu'on déposait
dans la caissette rigide en matière plastique, cette disposition obligeait à
deux manoeuvres consécutives et ,étant donné la minceur des parois du deuxième
réceptable, des précautions de manipulation étaient très délicates pour éviter
que les fromages s'affaissent ou se cassent.Cependant il restait nécessaire
de contenir les fromages de Brie dans ce réceptacle à parois de faible épaisseur
en effet ce fromage demande à ètre maintenu dans sa forme sans pouvoir s'affais
ser, la consistance des fromages de Brie est bien connue et son transport sans
ce deuxième réceptacle,qui le maintient dans sa forme première, lui serait fatal.In known devices of this kind for the transport of Brie cheeses
