2. Description of the Related Art Generally, seafood such as firefly squid, squid, coconut, and pearl oyster is boiled and placed on a distribution route. Conventionally, the seafood was put in a wooden box of about 30 cm square, and the seafood was boiled by stacking it in multiple layers and immersing it in boiling water. At present, plastic containers such as polypropylene are widely used in place of wooden boxes, but the processing method and the structure of the container itself are almost unchanged.

In order to improve this point, a plastic container divided into a plurality of parts is used. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, one container is integrally molded in a state of being divided into six, and seafood is put in this container and stacked in multiple stages for boiling. Then, after that, it is divided into small parts by cutting each section with a knife or the like. However, this container has the advantage that it does not have to be transferred to another container and does not lose its shape, but it needs to be separated using a tool such as a knife, it can not be cut straight and it becomes uneven, and the cut surface is It has drawbacks such as being sharp and dangerous and making it difficult to wrap a wrap film or the like.

As used herein, the term "tray body" refers to a container in which a rectangular bottom surface is surrounded by a standing surface. Since this is to be used when boiling seafood, at least the bottom surface has a colander or a large number of holes to drain water. The basic shape of the tray body is not limited to a simple container shape, and may be any shape such as a flange portion provided on the upper end of the peripheral surface. The size is not limited and is generally 50 × 10.
It is within the range of 0 mm to 200 × 400 mm. Further, the thickness and the material may be any as long as they meet the purpose of the present invention.

The "upper opening groove" is provided in an upper portion of the peripheral surface located on one side of the tray body, and is formed by an outer rising portion and an inner rising portion which are arranged side by side in opposition to each other. A groove whose upper part is opened. The outer rising portion and the inner rising portion are integrally formed with the tray body. Normally, when an inverted L-shaped flange is provided on the upper part of the peripheral surface of the tray body or on the peripheral edge of the upper end of the peripheral surface, the hanging part of the flange has a structure which also uses the inner rising part. .
In other words, the part slightly below the upper edge of the peripheral surface of the tray body,
Alternatively, the upper opening groove is formed by providing an L-shaped one that forms the outer rising portion and the bottom surface of the groove at the lower end of the hanging portion of the inverted L-shaped collar portion. Of course, the upper portion of the peripheral surface of the tray main body may be the outer rising portion, and the L-shaped one that forms the inner rising portion and the bottom surface of the groove may be provided inside the outer rising portion. Further, the upper opening groove may be provided on two adjacent side portions of the tray body. That is, in the case where the trays are simply connected in a line in the horizontal direction, they may be provided on only one side of the tray main body, but if they are provided on two adjacent side parts, the trays are connected not only in the horizontal direction but also in the vertical direction. This is because it can be done.

The "lower opening groove" is provided in the upper portion of the peripheral surface of the side portion of the tray main body at a position facing (facing) the side portion where the upper opening groove of the tray body is provided, and is in a state of facing each other. A groove formed by the outer hanging part and the inner hanging part that are juxtaposed in parallel with each other. The outer hanging part and the inner hanging part are integrally molded with the tray body. Usually, the upper part of the peripheral surface of the tray body is structured to use the inner hanging part together. That is, the lower opening groove is formed by providing the tray body with the inverted L-shape forming the outer hanging portion and the top surface of the groove at the upper end portion of the peripheral surface of the tray body. Since the lower opening groove formed in this manner generally has the same structure as an inverted L-shaped flange portion provided in a container, in a container having such a flange portion, The groove formed between the container body and the container body may be used as it is as the lower opening groove. Therefore, in this case, the lower opening groove is formed over the entire circumference of the tray body,
As described above, the upper opening groove may be formed outside the lower opening groove. When the upper opening groove is provided on the two adjacent side portions, the lower opening groove is also provided on the other two adjacent side portions so that the upper opening groove can be connected in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

The lower opening groove 5 is formed by adding an inverted L-shape to the upper portion of the peripheral surface 3 of the tray body 2 as in the above-described embodiment, but the upper opening groove 4 is formed.
For the above, as shown in FIG. 6, it may be provided outside the lower opening 5. That is, this is a groove formed by the hanging portion of the flange 16 of the tray body 2 and the peripheral surface 3 in which the inverted L-shaped flange 16 is provided on the upper end of the peripheral surface 3 all around the lower opening groove. 5, the hanging part of the collar 16 is the outer hanging part 9. The outer hanging portion 9 is engaged and connected by being fitted in the upper opening groove 4 provided on the outer portion of the collar portion 16. The upper opening groove 4 is shown in FIG.
It may be provided inside the peripheral surface 3 of the tray body 2 as shown in FIG.

When a plurality of trays 1 according to the present invention are connected to form a collecting container 13, it is difficult to determine which side the lower opening groove 5 is provided at the connecting portion.
In particular, a tray 1 having an upper opening groove 4 in the hanging portion of the collar portion 16
Then, it becomes more remarkable. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 8, it is preferable to provide a mark 17 on the upper surface of the flange portion 16 in the portion where the lower opening groove 5 fitted into the upper opening groove 4 is located. The shape and the position where the mark 17 is provided are not limited to this example, and may be any display means that can determine that the upper opening groove 4 is provided. Therefore, the mark 17 may be provided on the side where the upper opening groove 4 is provided, or the marks 17 having different shapes may be provided on both sides.

As described above, in the tray according to the present invention, the upper opening groove is provided on at least one side portion of the tray main body, and the lower opening groove is provided on the side portion at a position opposite to the upper opening groove. By providing the hooking portion and the hooked portion on the surface portions that are in contact with each other, the trays can be connected very reliably. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the trouble that the trays are unintentionally disconnected when the fish and shellfish are boiled or transported in a state where the trays are connected to each other. Also, when separating a plurality of connected trays individually, for example, the tray on the lower opening groove side in the connecting portion can be bent slightly upward to release the engagement between the hooked portion and the hooked portion. Therefore, it has a very beneficial effect that the separation operation can be performed very easily.
