OUTRE L'OXYDE DE CADMIUM, LE VERRE DE BASE CONTIENT DE L'OXYDE DE TITANE, DE LA ZIRCONE, DE L'ALUMINE ET DE LA SILICE. APPLICATION COMME STABILISANT POUR DES EMAUX MINERAUX ROUGES ET JAUNES.CADMIUM GLASS PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR USE IN SINTERED FORM. THIS GLASS CONSTITUTES A VERY CONCENTRATED SOURCE OF CADMIUM WHILE PRESENTING A RELATIVELY LOW SOLUBILIZATION OR RELEASE RATE OF CADMIUM OXIDE WHEN IT IS INTEGRATED IN THE HUMAN DIGESTIVE SYSTEM, WHICH MAKES IT PRACTICALLY NON TOXIC. IN ADDITION TO CADMIUM OXIDE, THE BASE GLASS CONTAINS TITANIUM OXIDE, ZIRCONIA, ALUMINA AND SILICA. APPLICATION AS A STABILIZER FOR RED AND YELLOW MINERAL ENAMELS.
